Boston is great, he always helps me get any issues handled right away and puts his attention on it before I even need to call him usually! However I feel that Caliber in a whole needs to work on the closing process. This always seems to take a long time to get balanced and get docs even with an early CTC I had to get a new CTC because I was too early then something needed updated on the assets...It just always seems like something comes up in the end and here I am one day before closing and waiting on docs. - Michelle - SAINT LOUIS, MO
Boston does an outstanding job and is very responsive. The issue we are having is mainly with underwriting. Conditions are being missed or being asked for items that are not applicable.
