There was a major problem. This is the second time Underwriting failed me. Once the problem was addresses the new underwriter was great and the rest of the staff exceeded expectations. This is the second time I have had Underwriter issues. I will just need to be very mindful in regards to the underwriting, the rest of the process is always great. Wendy and our processors shouldn't have to confirm the conditions have been uploaded correctly. Numerous times our processors has to confirm that the conditions are received. There is no validation that the conditions have been received from Caliber. So of course we are assuming they have been received.
