Get assigned to an Account Executive.
Once you’re approved, you will be assigned an Account Executive that understands your unique business needs.
A Brigade team member appointed.
This team member will serve as your primary point of contact prior to a loan submission and will be responsible for getting you comfortable with our systems.
Personalized training.
You have the ability to receive hands-on training with your first loan submission or you can opt to attend our regularly recurring training sessions.
Assigned a Client Relations Specialist (CRS).
Upon submitting your first loan, you will be assigned a CRS that will provide ongoing support and proactive communication to help manage your pipeline.
