Hi, when question asks about updating, yes, caliber is all right at responding when asked, had delay because underwriter did not publish conditions that was needed properly therefore myself as processor was unaware of what we were stuck on and what was needed to move forward, set us back a couple days unnessessarily, also, CSR went on vacation and had to rely on back up representative with two sets of files and that was a little more difficult. Our AE is great and always there to help. The problem is the underwriter not returning emails or phone calls, when asked too. The Uw manager had to get involved and got, the job done!!! Uw manager took the time to go through the conditions and sign off. This loan was submitted with a CTC with one Uw (seller backed out) second Uw conditioned the hell out of the file, never called us and was very upsetting to say the least.
