Ray was great and the overall experience was pretty good. There are definitely some areas where it the process could be expedited or improved. I'm used to an average CTC of 11 days for refinance loans with appraisals through UWM, so getting a CTC of double or triple that number does not bode well for earning business that could go to UWM or Caliber—in that instance, the business will likely go to UWM, even if the cost is better with Caliber or another lender by 35+bps.

When a survey is sent out, the borrowers name should be included so the survey can be completed accurately. Not knowing what loan the survey is on can cause false feedback.
