Can you do a digital mortgage in H2O?

Yes. You can access the digital mortgage function within H2Online (H2O). Once you’ve logged into your account, you can find the digital mortgage function on the blue ladder of success, or from the pop-up window when you’ve created the loan or loan registration. This tool is a great way to save time and get the information you need instantly online. You’ll also be able to choose how much history is needed for your search,

Start by clicking the Order Digital Verification button on the bottom right hand corner of your screen. Next, you’ll need to verify your borrower’s email address is correct. Next, check the box to the left of the correct borrower name, and choose from the history dropdown. Once you’ve clicked submit, you’ll see loan information come up for that borrower.

When your borrower receives the loan information, they’ll be able to review the information digitally through AccountChek. They’ll run their banking information and finish and share their updated transaction information. Once it’s received, you can then run the mortgage through AUS. That’s it!
