Tammy Richards, EVP of National Operations, was recognized in Mortgage Professional America (MPA) magazine as one of 75 Elite Women for 2017.

As EVP of National Operations, Tammy oversees more than 2,000 Caliber team members. She leads with her experience in improving workflow and fulfillment processes and Six Sigma Black Belt techniques.
