By following these steps, you’ll give our underwriters a great start and stay ahead of suspensions, incomplete files, and other unnecessary delays.

Follow These Action Items:

  1. Import the 1003: Go through this screen to ensure all major points are completed for this form.
  2. LoanAdvisor: Assign a Product. Show all eligible products along with their pricing.
  3. CaliberLE Fees & Disclosures: Be sure to educate your Brokers on the Smart Fees and Disclosures; Caliber-generated disclosures vs. Broker-generated disclosures.
  4. Order Out with Digital Mortgage: This is a quick and easy way to order and view VOM, VOA, and VOI. Did we mention it’s a free feature to our Broker Partners?
  5. AUS: Caliber ClearChoice AUS offers Brokers an efficient way to get findings without submitting to underwriting.
  6. Appraisals Order/View Status: After submission, Brokers are able to see the status of the ordered appraisal.
  7. My eFile docs/conditions: After submission, Brokers will be able to view conditions, upload their documents, etc.
  8. Print/document 1003 form: Should the Broker need to print a paper 1003, they can double-check all required fields for loans such as conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA.
