Vendor Connect created a new way for our Partners to offer their clients discounted rates through third party vendors. This new effort gives our Partners access to lower rate opportunities. Investor Access was introduced to overcome typical barriers to financing investment properties. Handling loan amounts up to $1.5 million with 75% LTV, this new product helps investors use projected cash flow to qualify.
Professional Elite was developed specifically for self-employed borrowers. This new loan program funds amounts up to $2.5 million and allows 1-2 unit properties, PUD’s and warrantable condos.

We also empowered our Business Partners with new networking opportunities within the Caliber family. Our annual Partner Connect event recognized the success of our partners from across the country and brought them together to meet each other as well as Caliber leadership. We provided the same opportunity on the regional level, hosting events such as our Utah Open House.
With over 25 years of mortgage lending experience, Tony Kottenbrock became our new Head of Wholesale. Tony has a history of servicing in executive wholesale leadership positions throughout his career. At Caliber Wholesale, Tony will be responsible for growth nationwide.
