My 3.4 file generated by my LOS won’t upload into H2O successfully. What can I do?

Please send the file to Online Support for review. Until this can be resolved, we suggest you upload a 3.2 file to create the loan. After uploading the file, select the Redesigned 1003 radial button prior to creating the loan. This appears above the file upload section of the screen.
