My loan was created after 3/1/21 ... What do I do?

My loan was created after 3/1/21 using the “Copy from Existing Loan” feature using a traditional 1003 loan application. What do I do?

When creating a new loan by copying a loan that utilized the traditional 1003, the conversion is failing. You should not move forward with the traditional 1003 (i.e., do not run AUS or disclose).

We suggest exporting a MISMO 3.4 file and creating a new loan by importing the 3.4 file.
