My loan was created using the traditional 1003 application but no casefile ID was obtained prior to the mandate. What do I do?

Important: You should not move forward with the traditional 1003 (i.e., do not run AUS or disclose).

Contact Online Support to have your application type updated to the redesigned 1003. Complete any additional fields required for the redesigned 1003 prior to running AUS and/or disclosing.

If an AUS was run or disclosures were sent prior to the update, re-run your AUS and request a courtesy re-disclosure including the redesigned 1003.
