The Application Tracker is not firing... not capturing the primary borrower’s other income. What should I do?

The Application Tracker is not firing because the income pop-up on 1003 > Loan Summary > Calculations is not capturing the primary borrower’s other income. What should I do?

Navigate to the 1003 > Income and Employment screen and enter the other income.
