Can I use the traditional URLA after the mandate date if the legacy AUS specification was utilized?

Yes. If a traditional URLA transaction is submitted using the legacy AUS specification prior to the mandate date, the file may remain in the legacy format. However, all new applications submitted on or after the mandate will not be accepted if submitted using a legacy AUS file format.
