When reviewing the LPA findings, I see “Data Quality and System Messages” related to Property Current Usage Type and Property Usage Type. What should I do?

These messages are related to an REO mapping issue with the “Currently Property Usage Is” and “Property Status” fields. You can ignore these messages as warnings only as they do not have an impact on the underwriting or closing of the loan. This issue will be resolved in a future H2O release.
