We have identified an issue with the REO records in H2O, which is causing the H2O DTI calculations to be incorrect. Currently, we believe this is an issue with the H2O calculations only. AUS calculations appear to be accurate.
Property status selections of “Retained for Primary Residence” or “Retained for Secondary Residence” are triggering gross rental calculations in the background, resulting in an incorrect total payments debt calculation and DTI calculation.
Until these H2O calculations are corrected, please review your AUS results to confirm the DTI on scenarios including these types of REO records.
